Step 1: Submit Your Vehicle Details

- Vehicle Category
- ZIP Code
- VIN

Enter Listing Information
Additional details may include:
- Trim Level
- Color

Providing accurate information helps buyers better understand the vehicle and may improve your chances of receiving competitive offers.

You can upload up to 30 high-quality photos (maximum 10MB each).
Clear, detailed photos help attract more buyers. Be sure to capture:
- Front and rear views

Following the suggested photo labels will help ensure buyers have a complete view of your vehicle.
Upload Proof of Ownership
QuickAuction accepts several forms of ownership documentation, including:
- Clean title

- Branded title
- Certificate of Destruction
- Lien sale documents
- Bill of Sale
Uploading valid documentation helps ensure a smoother transaction with buyers.
Step 2: Listing Review and Activation
After submitting your listing information, your vehicle may go through a short review process before becoming visible to buyers.
Once approved, the listing will be activated and shared with our network of buyers.
You may also be asked to confirm any applicable listing fees before the listing becomes active.
Note: Auction start and end times follow your local time zone.
Step 3: Manage Your Listings in Seller Inventory
All of your listings can be managed in your Seller Inventory section.
This dashboard allows you to view and manage vehicles you have submitted to the marketplace.
Inventory Statuses
Your listings may appear with different statuses depending on their stage in the selling process, such as:
- Draft – Listing information has been started but not submitted
- Under Review – The listing is being reviewed before activation
- Active – The listing is live and receiving offers from buyers
- Sold – The listing has been completed after accepting an offer
- Expired – The listing ended without receiving an accepted offer
These statuses help you quickly understand where each vehicle is in the selling process.
Updating Your Listing
While your listing is in Draft or Under Review status, you may be able to:
- Edit vehicle details
- Upload additional photos
- Update ownership documentation
Keeping your listing information accurate helps attract more buyer interest.
Step 4: Receive Offers from Buyers
Once your listing is active, buyers across the network can begin placing offers.
During this stage you will see:
- A real-time countdown showing how much time remains in the bidding window
- Competitive offers from buyers across the country
The standard bidding window lasts 7 days, giving buyers time to discover and bid on your vehicle.
Listings must meet a minimum starting price requirement to help ensure meaningful offers.
Step 5: Review and Accept Offers
After the bidding window closes:
- You will receive the highest offer submitted for your vehicle
- You can review the offer and decide whether to accept or decline it
If your vehicle does not receive an offer, you may have the option to resubmit your listing from your inventory and extend the bidding period.
Once you accept an offer:
- The winning buyer will be notified
- The buyer will contact you to arrange payment and transportation
Step 6: Arrange Vehicle Pickup
After an offer is accepted, the next step is coordinating pickup.
Coordinate with the Buyer
- You will work directly with the winning buyer to schedule the vehicle pickup.
Pickup Window
- Most pickups are scheduled within 24 hours after the transaction is finalized.
Completing the Transaction
- Once the vehicle is collected and payment is confirmed, the transaction is complete.
