Once your listing goes live, you’ll receive a notification that says, “Your Auction has started!” along with a countdown timer. This is when buyers will begin reviewing your listing and placing bids on your vehicle. HIGHEST BID WINS!
After the Auction Ends:
- If a buyer places a bid on your vehicle, you will receive an offer.
- As the seller, you have two options: Accept or Decline the offer.
Accepting the Offer:
When you accept an offer, follow these steps:
- Upload Proof of Ownership:
- Bill of Sale
- Clean Title
- (Any other applicable document)
- Provide the Vehicle’s Pickup Location:
- Enter the Street Address
- Enter City, State, and Zip Code
- Enter Contact Information:
- Provide your name, or the name of anyone who will be present during the vehicle pickup.
- Receive Buyer’s Information:
- After submitting your details, you will receive the buyer’s contact information.
- The buyer will reach out to arrange the pickup.
- Important: Be sure to save your control number for future reference.
Declining the Offer:
- If you decline the offer, you will be prompted to leave feedback on your experience.
